BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (BD) STAFF – FULL TIME

Posisi ini berperan penting dalam mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru, membangun relasi dengan klien, serta mendukung pertumbuhan dan strategi penjualan perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mencari dan mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru sesuai target perusahaan.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien dan partner potensial.
  • Menyusun strategi dan rencana kerja untuk pengembangan bisnis.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim sales dan marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
  • Menyusun laporan perkembangan bisnis, target, dan pencapaian secara berkala.
  • Membantu tim manajemen dalam analisis pasar dan tren industri.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Pemasaran, Manajemen, Bisnis, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.
  • Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar; pengalaman kerja atau magang di bidang business development atau sales menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Komunikatif, proaktif, dan mampu membangun relasi yang baik dengan klien.
  • Analitis, kreatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target serta tenggat waktu yang jelas.
  • Bersedia bekerja full-time di kantor (WFO) di Jakarta.
