Position Overview: Inside Sales
We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented individual to join our Inside Sales team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and confident in communicating with customers, particularly over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to new and existing customers to introduce products and solutions
- Prepare and send sales quotations and follow up with customers
- Coordinate and process customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records
- Work closely with the Sales, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Support sales campaigns and initiatives as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in manufacturing, mould, or die industry
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
- Tech-savvy – comfortable with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Self-motivated, team player, and detail-oriented
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta
