Job description:

We are looking for a results-driven
Business Development (BD) Staff

to manage and grow our client base in the
Samarinda

. This role is responsible for running the BD team, acquiring new clients, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid background in B2B sales or business development and prior leadership experience.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  2. Minimum
    1 years experience

in field sales, account management, customer relationship, or business development in retail B2B (preferred)
3. Willingness to
travel regularly (mobile)

for client visits
4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic field conditions
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and adapt to changing market conditions
6. Proficient in English and office tools like Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client visits & territory execution

  2. plan and conduct daily client visits, monitor product placement, pricing, and competitor activity, and ensure balanced territory coverage

  3. Stock assessment

  4. check stock levels during visits, record low/out-of-stock items, and update trackers for follow-up actions

  5. Promote restock & new product

  6. recommend restock quantities, suggest SKUs or bundles based on client type and purchase history

  7. Client relationship management

  8. maintain regular communication, address feedback and concerns, and build long-term partnerships

  9. Field Insights reporting

  10. capture client feedback and competitor activity, summarize findings, and share with internal teams to support sales strategy
