Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Paid Ads Marketer. The professional in this role will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks will include optimizing campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics for insights, managing budgets, and working closely with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall goals. Additional responsibilities include staying up-to-date with advertising trends and ensuring campaigns drive traffic and conversions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Paid Advertising Platforms, including expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising tools
  • Skills in Campaign Management, including budget allocation, bid strategies, and performance optimization
  • Experience with Data Analysis and using analytics tools to derive actionable insights and measure ROI
  • Knowledge in Ad Copywriting and Creative Development to craft engaging, high-performing ad creatives
  • Proven expertise in Market Research and Audience Targeting within the digital marketing landscape
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail in tracking and reporting on campaign metrics
  • Understanding of A/B Testing and an iterative approach to improving campaign performance
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in working with fast-paced startups or mission-driven organizations is a plus
