The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts for Glad2Glow in ASEAN Market

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Influencer Marketing:
    Spearhead the creation and implementation of influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's broader marketing goals.
  • Campaign Management:
    Oversee the end-to-end process of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they are well-planned, executed, and optimized across various digital platforms.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    Manage and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, offering continuous guidance, feedback, and support to foster individual growth and boost overall performance.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    Set clear performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the success of influencer-driven campaigns through data analysis and reporting.
  • Trend Spotting & Innovation:
    Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new platforms and innovative approaches to enhance influencer marketing effectiveness.
  • Handling Overseas Marketing (ASEAN)

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, or related roles, with a focus on KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing.
  • Previous experience in promoting beauty products on social media platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in the beauty or consumer goods sector is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Willing to work full-time from the office at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
