Job Description
  1. Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, payment processing, and recording transactions.
  2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of vendor payments while complying with company policies and tax regulations.
  3. Reconcile accounts payable balances and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve billing issues and maintain positive relationships.
  5. Maintain proper documentation and assist in audits or financial reporting as required.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance function.
  3. Good knowledge of accounting principles, tax (PPN & PPh), and payment systems.
  4. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Jurnal, or similar).
  5. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
