URBANICA adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri Luxury Men's Spa, Lounge, Bar, dan KTV dengan fokus pada pelayanan premium, pengalaman tamu yang impresif, serta estetika brand yang elegan. Kami mencari seorang Experience Designer & Visual Branding Specialist yang mampu merancang pengalaman visual–emosional yang konsisten, mewah, dan relevan dengan dunia nightlife premium.

Posisi ini dirancang untuk talenta kreatif yang berpikir lintas dimensi: ruang, cahaya, visual, suara, aroma, alur pengalaman tamu, hingga interpretasi brand yang estetis dan berkarakter. Tanggung Jawab Utama
  1. Mengembangkan dan menjaga brand key visual system URBANICA (typography, warna, layout grid, imagery tone, ambience cues).
  2. Mendesain aset visual untuk berbagai kebutuhan: interior signage, promotional content, digital ads, social media, dan brand campaign.
  3. Membuat experience moodboard, space–visual narrative, dan sensory storytelling yang menghubungkan visual dengan cahaya, aroma, dan suara.
  4. Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal dan vendor eksternal (interior designer, lighting specialist, stylist, fotografer) untuk memastikan hasil akhir sesuai guideline.
  5. Menghasilkan konten visual yang elegan, sensual, dan aman untuk platform digital sesuai regulasi.

    Melakukan riset tren desain premium (luxury nightlife, boutique spa, adult-lounge aesthetic) dan menerapkannya dalam pengembangan brand experience.

Kualifikasi
  1. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang visual branding / graphic design / experience design, lebih diutamakan di hospitality, nightlife, spa, atau entertainment.
  2. Portofolio yang menunjukkan kemampuan menciptakan ambience visual yang kuat dan konsisten.
  3. Menguasai Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, atau software pendukung lainnya.
  4. Memahami desain sebagai alat pembentuk persepsi dan emosi, termasuk prinsip psikologi visual & neuromarketing.
  5. Mampu bekerja cepat, detail-oriented, dan memiliki sensitivitas estetika tinggi terhadap luxury, sensuality, dan mood.
  6. Mampu berkoordinasi lintas disiplin serta memimpin proses kreatif dari konsep hingga eksekusi.
