Ewide Indonesia is looking for a new member for the role of UX Designer

If you're passionate about turning complex ideas into simple, beautiful designs and love solving real user problems, this role is for you

Responsibilities

  • Involve in the end-to-end design process to build a cohesive user experience
  • Work closely with engineering and business teams to understand requirements and turn them into intuitive designs
  • Build wireframes, prototypes, and define the design specifications using related tools
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • Collaborate with other designers and cross-functionality team, sharing best practices and raising the design bar across the team

Qualifications

  • Has a background in technology, minimum bachelor in computer science/informatics/computer engineering.
  • Minimum has 3 years
     of experience in UX 
    in a real project, including research, design and validation.
  • Has genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies (e.g. Metaverse)
  • Has a fluency in digital design tool (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Marvel, etc.)
  • Fast learner and collaborative team player: Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, able to work collaboratively with team.
  • Functionality and User-first oriented: Has a good sign of empathy, able to understand user needs and interpret them into a technical language.
  • Innovative and Creative Thinking: Able to think 'out-of-the-box' and provide effective and innovative solution.
  • Comfortable with design frameworks: Has a familiarity or at least understanding about UX design framework (e.g. Design Thinking, Double Diamond, Lean UX, etc.).
  • Has experiences in applying these UX design frameworks is a big plus.
  • Willing to work on-site (WFO): happy to collaborate and work on-site with the team in the heart of South Jakarta.
