Responsibilities:

  • Verify the validity, accuracy, and completeness of all cost and financial transaction documents
  • Perform cost analysis and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and budget controls
  • Prepare and analyze monthly actual cost reports for management review
  • Monitor cost variances and support cost optimization initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper cost allocation and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, budget control, or accounting roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
  • Placement in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Indonesia
