Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Officer located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Training Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing support to property agents to help them develop their skills and knowledge. The role includes planning and organizing training schedules, maintaining training records, and working closely with other departments to identify training needs and priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or a related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in designing and delivering both classroom and digital training programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Interest in social media content.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
