Requirements:

  1. 3–5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or growth

  2. Strong analytical skills; proficient in SQL / BigQuery / Excel

  3. Experience with sales or field operations teams

  4. Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ownership spirit

  5. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
