Kami sedang membangun Experience Lab internal—tempat eksperimen layanan, behavioural testing, pricing strategy, dan menu innovation dilakukan secara sistematis untuk meningkatkan customer spending, repeat visit, dan emotional imprint.


Position Summary

Peran ini cocok bagi individu yang paham user psychology, pricing behavior, nightlife service culture, dan eksperimen operasional.

Sebagai Angel's Service Research & Bar Pricing/Menu Product Development, Anda bertanggung jawab merancang eksperimen pelayanan, mengembangkan pricing dan menu strategy, serta menemukan insight perilaku pelanggan yang dapat diubah menjadi habit-forming service model dan peningkatan pendapatan outlet.


Key Responsibilities
  • Mendesain dan menguji eksperimen layanan berbasis behaviour (tone, ritual, sequence, emotional triggers).
  • Melakukan menu engineering (Star, Puzzle, Plowhorse, Dog) untuk menentukan harga, bundling, urutan menu, dan strategi upselling.
  • Menganalisis pola pembelian berdasarkan waktu, group size, mood category, dan repeat behaviour.
  • Mengembangkan pricing model berbasis psikologi harga: anchoring, prestige, decoy, dynamic pairing, dan incentive framing.
  • Melakukan A/B testing untuk desain menu, paket layanan, harga, wording, dan call-to-action.
  • Bekerja sama dengan bartender, GRO/Angel talent, guest experience supervisor, dan ops lead untuk implementasi on-the-floor.
  • Menyusun laporan insight dan rekomendasi produk berdasarkan data performa dan user response realtime.
  • Membuat prototype format layanan, skema menu, pairing suggestion, dan service script berbasis finding research.
  • Melakukan iteration cycle: draft → test → refine → scaling implementation.

Qualifications
  • Pengalaman di hospitality, F&B research, revenue optimization, product development, or behavioural pricing.
  • Familiar dengan customer experience behaviour atau psikologi konsumen nightlife.
  • Mampu bekerja menggunakan data operasional (POS, sales report, menu performance tables).
  • Suka bereksperimen, data-driven, dan nyaman melakukan trial langsung di outlet.
