About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Flow Beautylab in Badung Bali. As the first point of contact for our customers, this full-time role will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
  • Managing the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is neat and organised at all times
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the booking system
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer queries or concerns
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and representing the brand positively

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the beauty or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software
  • A friendly, professional and positive attitude
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
