We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Staff Intern to join our growing team at e+e Coffee & Kitchen. If you're passionate about numbers, cost control, and financial strategy, we'd love to meet you

Job Decsriptions:

  • Handle day-to-day financial operations, bookkeeping, and accounting records
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
  • Conduct cost calculations, budgeting, and financial forecasting
  • Analyze financial data and provide strateg recommendations to management
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial laws
  • Oversee company tax matters, banking transactions, and fund management
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support financial audits

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Must have Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Strong skills in cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation laws and the latest tax policies (PPH 21, 23, 25, SPT)
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in using a wide range of Excel formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, AVERAGE, IF, INDEX/MATCH) for calculations, data retrieval, and conditional logic)
  • Possess certifications in Accounting of Tax will be a plus (ex: Brevet A & B)
  • Fluent in English (Chinese will be a plus)
  • Experience in F&B industry will be a plus
  • Experienced in company tax handling, banking, and cash flow management
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and sense of responsibility
  • Good understanding of risk control and financial auditing processes
