We are seeking for candidate who want to start and interests towards Finance Claim position as an Intern, to join our dynamic team at PT. Elabram Systems' in Central Jakarta. In this internship, you will support the company's Finance-claims and ensuring seamless administrative support for our valued resources and clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collect and verify claim information from the system and related PICs.
  2. Compile and update all claim cost payments that have been processed.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to claim cost payment data.
  4. Follow up with the operations PIC to obtain updates on the status of unbilled claims.
  5. Consolidate claim collection data from the AR Team and reconcile it with claim cost payment records.
  6. Provide support to the Accounting and Tax teams in claim-related matters.

What we're looking for

  1. Fresh graduates or final-year students who are currently not taking any classes are welcome to apply.
  2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (able to use formulas, data processing, and basic analysis).
  3. Comfortable working with numbers and administrative tasks.
  4. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Good communication and coordination skills.
  6. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  7. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Basic English is required for recruitment process.
