We currently helping our client, an insurance-tech company for Operational Service position. Please read job description and requirements below:

Responsibilities:

  • Menganalisis proses operasional dan kinerja
    data klaim asuransi
     untuk menemukan temuan, tren, dan anomali.
  • Melakukan
    rekonsiliasi
    data operasional (klaim asuransi) antar-sumber agar akurat dan konsisten.
  • Monitoring & follow-up
     ke Senior Operation serta koordinasi dengan lintas divisi (
    Finance, Business, IT, dan lainnya
    ).
  • Menyusun
    laporan operasional
     berkala, khususnya untuk
    Employee Benefit (insurance)
    .
  • Berkoordinasi dengan departemen internal dan mitra eksternal untuk
    klarifikasi transaksi
    /ketidaksesuaian data.
  • Menangani komplain hingga hard complaint
    : melakukan asesmen, klarifikasi fakta/data, memberikan solusi, melakukan
    escalation
     bila diperlukan, menjaga komunikasi empatik & profesional, serta menutup kasus dengan
    dokumentasi & CAPA
     (Corrective and Preventive Action).
  • Menjaga kepatuhan pada SOP, SLA layanan, dan standar kualitas data.

Qualifications

  • S1
     Akuntansi/Keuangan/Manajemen/Ilmu terkait.
  • 1–2 tahun
     pengalaman di keuangan/operasional/rekonsiliasi (fresh graduate dengan kemampuan analitis kuat dipertimbangkan).
  • Teliti, detail, dan presisi
     tinggi dalam mengolah data.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Excel
     (minimal: PivotTable, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/SUMIFS;
    Power Query
     menjadi nilai tambah) dan familiar dengan
    sistem akuntansi
    .
  • Komunikasi & problem-solving
     yang baik; luwes berkolaborasi lintas fungsi (Finance, Business, IT, dsb.).
  • Mampu menangani komplain sampai hard complaint
     dengan pendekatan data-driven, empatik, dan berorientasi solusi.
  • Mampu bekerja
    mandiri
     maupun
    kolaboratif
     dalam tim.
