We're Hiring: Technical Analyst – Water Treatment

Are you passionate about water treatment and fieldwork? Do you thrive in a technical role that blends lab work, field operations, and client coordination?

We're looking for a Technical Analyst to join our Water Treatment Project team and support operations in Bogor and Cilegon. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic, industrial environment and is eager to grow their technical and customer-facing skills.


What You'll Do
  • Conduct inspections of the water treatment process at client sites.
  • Perform field and laboratory water sampling and analysis.
  • Record test results accurately into digital systems and reports.
  • Inspect and maintain chemical dosing systems and calibrate pumps.
  • Support engineers in client communication and field coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service based on technical team guidance.
  • Track inventory and assist with stock-opname and reporting.
  • Submit clear and timely service activity reports.
  • Participate in field surveys, observations, and assessments.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in water treatment, chemical engineering, laboratory work, or similar manufacturing environments.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English (willingness to improve English encouraged).
  • A proactive mindset with a strong interest in field operations and water treatment systems.
