  • Assist customers with ticketing, fare information, baggage details, and other airline services.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally while adhering to quality and performance standards.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company protocols, policies, and service-level guidelines.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and rotational shift environments.
