1. Data Collection & Validation


• Gather procurement data from ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and vendor records.


• Ensure accuracy and completeness of MIS-related procurement data.

2. Reporting & Analytics


• Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on spend, savings, supplier performance, and compliance.


• Maintain and develop dashboards and KPIs for MIS procurement activities.


• Provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.

3. Compliance & Governance


• Maintain audit-ready documentation for MIS procurement transactions.


• Ensure reporting aligns with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

4. Process Improvement


• Recommend enhancements to reporting processes and tools.


• Support automation initiatives for procurement reporting.

5. Stakeholder Support


• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IY teams to deliver actionable insights.


• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholder


• Ensure compliance with the procurement process and high levels of customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders

  • Gather, review and analyse procurement and financial data, policies and procedures

  • Liaise between various business departments and groups

  • Assess options for process improvement, including maintain and develop current dashboards and KPIs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in the procurement / supply chain function with role of procurement reporting or analytic

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SUN and Oracle) and e-procurement platforms (Coupa).

  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data.

  • Experience in financial industry or start up industry will be an advantage

  • Ability to understand and analyse stakeholder needs and provide effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities.

  • Strong team player.
