Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled and results-oriented Digital Strategist to support the planning and execution of innovative digital marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver with strong knowledge of the digital space, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics. Also a passion for turning ideas into measurable outcomes. Working closely with our Strategic Lead and cross-functional teams, you'll help bring strategies to life, define KPIs, and ensure campaigns perform at their best.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Strategic Lead to develop and refine digital campaign plans that align with client objectives.
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable digital tactics across various channels.
- Determine and set measurable KPIs for each campaign to ensure clear success benchmarks.
- Conduct market research and consumer analysis to inform campaign recommendations.
- Coordinate with account managers and creative teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, offering data-driven suggestions for optimization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to help keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Proven success in executing effective SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
- Ability to define, track, and evaluate KPIs for diverse campaign types.
- Familiarity with analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management tools).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cipondoh, Tangerang.
