  • Teacher

II. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (Primary)

  • Homeroom Teachers: Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 5
  • Subject Teachers: Science, English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mathematics

III. SECONDARY SCHOOL (Junior High)

  • Subject Teachers: English, Physics, and ICT (Information and Communication Technology)

IV. HIGH SCHOOL (Senior High)

  • Subject Teachers: Social Studies and Science
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ethical Commitment: Demonstrates high integrity, a strong sense of purpose, and a lifestyle that serves as a positive role model for students.
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in the relevant field of study from a reputable university. Preferably Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Bachelor of Elementary/Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD), Bachelor of Education in English Language Teaching, Bachelor of Education in Mathematic, Bachelor of Education in Natural Sciences, Bachelor of Education in Physics, Bachelor of Education in Biology, Bachelor of Education in Chemistry, Bachelor of Education in Social Sciences, Bachelor of Education in Sociology, Bachelor of Education in Geography, Bachelor of Education in History, Bachelor of Education in Information Technology, Bachelor of English Literature, Bachelor of Mathematics, Bachelor of Natural Sciences, Bachelor of Physics, Bachelor of Biology, Bachelor of Chemistry, Bachelor of Social Science, Bachelor of Sociology, Bachelor of Information Technology (IT) or Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • Professionalism: At least 2-3 years of teaching experience (preferred), though passionate fresh graduates with strong pedagogical foundations are welcome.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English (both written and oral) is required, particularly for English-medium subjects.
  • Core Attributes: Possesses a "Growth Mindset," high empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilizing modern educational technology and digital learning platforms.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Integrating Values and Character Education into the curriculum and daily lessons.
  • Designing and delivering engaging, student-centered lesson plans that promote critical thinking.
  • Providing pastoral care and personal mentorship to support students' emotional and social well-being.
  • Collaborating with parents and the school community to foster a supportive learning environment.
