Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in planning, developing, and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including handling employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor employee performance management processes, including probation reviews, KPI tracking, and appraisal coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Manage general affairs activities including office management, asset control, and company licenses, etc
  • Support management with HR data analysis and strategic workforce planning.
  • Prepare and present HRGA reports to management, including manpower updates, GA expenses, and administrative activities.
  • Handle industrial relations matters, including communication with government and vendor.
  • Handle company licenses, permits, and legal documentation related to operations.
  • Assist the HRGA Manager in executing day-to-day HR operations

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Assistant Manager HRGA
  • Experience in the F&B industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and payroll processes.
  • Proven experience in both strategic HR planning and operational HR execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems Talenta and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
