PT Nusantara Sukses Teknologi ) is looking for Customer Success Specialist for our property management product (Propertek). This position will be responsible to craft our customer-success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned clients, covering onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.


• Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships while identifying opportunities and sharing best practices.


• Serve as a strategic advisor by understanding customer needs and ensuring ongoing value from products and services.


• Review and optimize the customer journey using a consultative approach to help clients achieve their goals and resolve issues.


• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery.


• Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, reports, and visuals, while identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in any majors


• Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in communications, account management, or customer success.


• Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management.


• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.


• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.


• Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.


• Experience in event planning.


• Preferably having knowledge of Salesforce and project management tools.
