Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training to doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel on how to use medical devices.
  • Assist the sales team with product demonstrations in hospitals or clinics.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, or scientific presentations related to products.
  • Accompany medical procedures to ensure proper and safe product use.
  • Provide technical advice during product use, especially for complex procedures (e.g., implants, neuromodulation, ablation, etc.).
  • Serve as a liaison between doctors and the product/company team.
  • Compile reports on clinical use and user complaints (if any).
  • Support adverse event reporting and complaint handling.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with Ministry of Health regulations, BPOM, and company ethics policies.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Product Management teams.
  • Provide clinical insight or input into marketing strategies.
  • Provide internal training on the clinical aspects of the product.

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical study, preferable in Nursing
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00
  • 1-2 years of experience in Interventional Therapy business
  • Good communication skills
  • Eager to learn new products
  • Capable to work within a team as well as independently
  • Willing to travel, working mobile in flexible hours
