What will you do:

As a Public Relations, your primary role is to build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations (AFPI & AFTECH), and other external stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation. You will also work closely with the senior management team to provide input on policy development, risk management, and business planning.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation with external stakeholders
  2. Build and maintain relationships wit industry associations (AFPI & AFTECH), and other external stakeholders
  3. Work closely with the senior management team to provide input on business strategy in based on what currently happening in the industry
  4. Maintain relationship with Media to create and maintain a positive reputation of Samir as a fintech company
  5. Conduct stakeholder engagement and advocacy activities
  6. Prepare reports and briefings for senior management and external stakeholders
  7. Represent the company at external events and conferences
  8. Conduct yearly CSR program which aim to create positive social impact while strengthening trust, sustainability, and long-term business value for the company.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, communication, public relations or related field
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in external relations, public affairs, and also media relations
  3. Good understanding of financial services industry, regulatory landscape, and policy development
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  5. Excellent in Media relations with Big Media as well as Niche Media
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Fluency in English and Indonesian language
