About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 
Head of Production
 to lead and manage daily operations of our lubricant plant in
Cilegon
. The role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
  • Develop, fine-tune, and execute production plans aligned with overall plant objectives.
  • Monitor key metrics such as OEE, yield, downtime, and capacity utilization, and take proactive corrective actions.
  • Apply 
    Lean Manufacturing
    , 
    Six Sigma
    , and 
    Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
     principles to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with 
    ISO 9001
    , 
    ISO 14001
    , and 
    IATF 16949
     standards.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, QA/QC, and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, housekeeping (5S), and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and develop the production team through coaching, performance reviews, and skill enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical)
     or related field.
  • Minimum 
    8 years
     of experience in production management, preferably in 
    lubricant, chemical, or FMCG manufacturing
    .
  • Proven track record in plant operations, team leadership, and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, OEE, and quality systems.
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM implementation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
