Kami mencari seorang Accounting F&B / Food Cost Controller yang berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan cost di restoran/café, mampu menganalisis masalah dalam inventarisasi, memonitor harga bahan baku, bekerja sama dengan supplier, serta memastikan pelaporan pajak dilakukan dengan tepat waktu dan akurat.

Tanggung Jawab Utama


• Menginput dan mengontrol food cost di sistem (POS & accounting).


• Melakukan stock opname / inventarisasi secara berkala di kitchen & bar.


• Menganalisis selisih inventarisasi dan mencari akar permasalahan (waste, salah input, shrinkage, dll).


• Memantau harga bahan baku dan memastikan perubahan harga ter-update di sistem.


• Berkoordinasi dengan supplier terkait harga, ketersediaan barang, dan invoice.


• Menyiapkan dan mengarsipkan invoice, bukti pembayaran, purchase order.


• Menyusun dan melaporkan pajak bulanan (PPN, PPh, dsb.) tepat waktu.


• Membantu penyusunan laporan keuangan dasar (profit & loss, COGS report).


• Menjaga kerapihan data dan kepatuhan terhadap SOP perusahaan.

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan


• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Accounting F&B, Cost Control, atau posisi serupa di restoran/kafe/hotel.


• Memahami dasar-dasar akuntansi, food cost, dan proses inventarisasi.


• Terbiasa menggunakan POS (Moka / Poster / iReap / iiko / dll.) serta software akuntansi.


• Teliti, analitis, dan mampu bekerja dengan data angka.


• Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim kitchen / bar / purchasing.


• Mengerti proses pelaporan pajak Indonesia (e-faktur, e-billing, e-spt).


• Komunikatif dan mampu mengatur dokumen dengan rapi.


• Bersedia bekerja onsite dan melakukan kontrol lapangan secara rutin.


• Diutamakan yang familiar dengan operasional restoran di Bali.
