  • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal and external teams.

Job Description

  • Handle and maintain strong relationships with distributors in the Jabodetabek area.
  • Monitor sales performance and achievement of distributors, including area and shop-level progress.
  • Coordinate closely with distributor teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide product knowledge, sales support, and training to distributor teams.
  • Analyze sales data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions to improve performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and support to distributors and related stakeholders.
