As a dedicated Sales Staff member specializing in Beauty Salon Products, particularly hairdryers, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling our premium range of hairdryers. Your role will focus on understanding the needs of beauty professionals and salon owners, providing them with expert advice and tailored solutions to elevate their salon services. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting hairdryer products that meet their salon needs, offering expert recommendations.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our hairdryers.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized product display area for haircare devices.
  • Build strong relationships with repeat customers and salon professionals to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in beauty technology and product launches.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the beauty or salon product sector preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in beauty, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to evolving customer needs.
  • Knowledge of hair salon products and technology, especially hairdryers, is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach to sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
