Responsibilities:

·  Be responsible for full set accounting bookkeeping, tax reports following Indonesia tax regulations.

·  Assist to set up new accounting system for a start-up company.

·  Preparation of financial reports, production of monthly accounts and payroll, assist management with special projects and ad-hoc analyses.

·  Perform customer credit control and monitor the A/R performance

·  Tax planning, issue all type of invoice and report to tax department in Indonesia.

·  Receive and inspect all documents, including checking of purchases, applications for payments, make the bank transfer via the e-banking system and arrange foreign transfer payments.

·  Assist in the annual audits and other regulatory audits that occur during the year if need.

·  Keeping records and documenting financial processes.

·  Handle filings of regulatory returns to fulfill compliances.

·  Frequent communication with Indonesia and Global clients as well as external parties including CPA firm, bankers, tax bureau and other regulatory bodies.

·  Assist in general administration work and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
  • CPA or equivalent Qualified Accountant is preferred
  • 1-3 years relevant experience preferably gained in IT or professional services industry.
  • Proficient in MS excel.
  • Good communication skills with English is a MUST.
  • Experience with computerized ledger systems and Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Initiative, self-motivated, organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, follow through and meet deadlines within tight timeframes, assume full responsibility for own job requirements and good interpersonal skills.
