We're Hiring Social Media Specialist (Contract)

Location: South Lampung (On-site)

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract

Suak Sumatera Resort is seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This role goes beyond managing content. It's about shaping our digital storytelling and mentoring our in-house team to elevate their social media skills.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging bilingual content (Bahasa Indonesia & English) — posts, reels, videos, and stories that reflect our brand identity.
  • Analyze and optimize performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and direct bookings.
  • Conduct internal training sessions and workshops to build the team's digital capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • Have strong experience managing business or brand social media accounts (portfolio required).
  • Strong grasp of content creation, paid advertising, and data analytics.
  • Advanced design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with mentoring or leadership experience preferred.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic, data-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Owning a personal camera/gear is an advantage.
