Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to drive visitor growth and brand visibility.
  • Lead the marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns, media relations, and promotional events.
  • Manage branding efforts across all channels: digital, print, PR, on-site activation, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, media, and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, advertising, website, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze marketing data, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand identity and business goals.
  • Represent JungleSea Theme Park in public engagements, press events, and tourism forums when required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role in Marketing/Communications (experience in hospitality, entertainment, or tourism industry is a strong advantage).
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, social media trends, and content marketing.
  • Creative, strategic, and results-driven.
  • Willing to be based in Lampung and work on weekends/public holidays if required.
