Company Description

Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) is an innovative project developed by the Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group. Spanning 30 hectares of land, NICE aims to be the largest and most sophisticated convention and exhibition center in Indonesia. Opening in the second semester of 2025, NICE will feature 11 exhibition halls, meeting rooms, a courtyard garden, and a semi-outdoor exhibition area. NICE aspires to be Indonesia's preferred venue for the MICE industry, offering a range of facilities and services to host diverse events.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Procurement Analyst. The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing purchase orders, analyzing procurement data, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders. The role involves conducting market research to identify potential suppliers, maintaining procurement records, and optimizing procurement processes to achieve cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in same position min. 2 years
  • Preferable from MICE, F&B or Hotel industry background
  • Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and market research
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation and supplier management
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interactions with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools such as : Power Pro is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
