Business Analyst

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP implementation or system enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, and Sales, including business process flows.
  • Proven ability in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis, translating business needs into functional specifications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP testing and implementation, including user acceptance testing (UAT), user training, and go-live support.
  • Technical literacy in databases, system integration, and reporting tools to communicate effectively with IT/development teams.
