Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Analyst for an on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, assessing business processes, and identifying areas for improvement. Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders, developing solutions, and ensuring the alignment of business goals with technical implementations. The role will involve preparing reports, presenting findings, and facilitating communication between business units and technical teams to drive success in projects.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in assessing Business Processes and defining Business Requirements for various projects
  • Exceptional Communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders effectively
  • Proven ability to align business objectives with technical solutions
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in business analysis and project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in a consulting or project-based environment is a plus
