Responsibilities :

  • Providing strategic legal advice to the company's management and board of directors.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Managing legal risks and protecting the company's legal interests.
  • Negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents.
  • Representing the company in legal disputes and negotiations.
  • Overseeing the work of other in-house lawyers and outside counsel.
  • Providing training and guidance to other employees on legal matters.
  • Staying informed about changes in the legal landscape and advising the company on the potential impact of these changes.
  • Developing and managing the legal department budget.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Law (preferably in Master Degree in Law)
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably certified PERADI License
  • Familiar with the licensing process, especially telecommunications companies
  • Strong understanding of business law and the ability to provide practical and effective legal advice to clients
  • Understand civil, criminal, business, corporate, PKPU, & bankruptcy laws
  • Thorough in reviewing agreements, other legal documents related to the company's business activities
  • Capability of litigation of legal issues and assistance with legal officials
  • Fluent in english both oral and written
