Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Sales and Service Engineer. The role will involve providing technical support, troubleshooting, and field service to customers, ensuring timely maintenance and repair of equipment. Responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, delivering effective solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service quality. The engineer will also contribute to continuous improvements for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and Repair to effectively diagnose and fix equipment-related issues.
  • Experience in Field Service and Technical Support, with the ability to provide on-site assistance and solutions.
  • Strong Communication skills to interact efficiently with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the machinery or related manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required to customer locations.
