Tanggung Jawab

  • Memimpin dan mengelola tim layanan pelanggan, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar kualitas dan prosedur yang ditetapkan.
  • Menetapkan tujuan, memberikan pelatihan, umpan balik, dan bimbingan kepada agen untuk meningkatkan kinerja.
  • Menganalisis data dan membuat laporan untuk mengidentifikasi tren, tantangan, dan peluang perbaikan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan klien untuk memahami kebutuhan mereka dan menyelaraskan layanan dengan harapan.
  • Mengembangkan dan menerapkan inisiatif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional.

Persyaratan

  • Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor Contact Center atau 2 tahun TL Contact Center, pada Industri Asuransi/Insurance.
  • Minimal lulusan D3/S1 dari semua jurusan
  • Memiliki skill Ms. Excel intermediate level untuk reporting: daily, weekly, monthly dan visualisasi data.
  • Memiliki skill Bahasa Inggris lebih disukai.
  • Bersedia bekerja secara Shifting.
  • Able to join immediately
