Responsibilities :

  • Assigned as Pre-Sales Engineer for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Generative Al solutions using such as Azure OpenAl, AWS Bedrock, and various Cloud Services including Saas, laas.
  • Conduct customer meetings both onsite and remotely to gather, clarify, and validate technical and business requirements, ensuring alignment with proposed solutions.
  • Carefully analyze customer requirements to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Create proposal documents and quotation, and present proposals to customers.
  • Conduct Seminar / Webinar to generate new opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication with vendor principals to stay updated on product developments and enhancements.
  • Standardize internal Pre-Sales processes to increase productivity.
  • Contribute to organizational strengthening by providing guidance to others based on your own experience, skills, and expertise.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales Engineer / Implementation Engineer or a similar role
  • Having depth knowledge and experience of handling Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online/ Teams/ OneDrive/ SharePoint/ Entra ID/ Intune/ Microsoft Defender)
  • Having knowledge of and experience of handling Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/ Power Automate/ Power BI/ Dataverse)
  • Having knowledge and experience of handling Public Cloud Service such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
  • Having knowledge and experience of handling Generative Al such as Azure OpenAl, AWS Bedrock
  • Having experience in clarifying the necessary items even under ambiguous or unclear circumstances
  • Having ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Having Good Verbal Communication Skill (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
  • Having Good Documentation Skill (English)
  • Having Logical Thinking, Critical Thinking
  • Following Company Rule and discipline
