The Role

We are looking for a sharp Legal Officer to join our team as we scale through critical regulatory milestones. This is not a typical corporate legal role. You will be working directly with our leadership team on:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Supporting our OJK sandbox compliance and preparing for full licensing
  • Contract Management: Drafting and reviewing property tokenization agreements, partnership contracts, and user agreements
  • Legal Operations: Coordinating with external counsel, managing legal documentation, and supporting corporate governance
  • Strategic Projects: Contributing to regulatory strategy as we navigate Indonesia's evolving fintech landscape

Location:
Hybrid (Jakarta office + remote flexibility)

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Analytical thinking with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Resourceful and have "there is box" thinking
  • Strong legal research and document drafting skills
  • Ambitious, self starter, and proactive
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Great to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in law or relevant majors
  • 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Indonesian and English
  • Familiarity with Indonesian financial services regulations (OJK, fintech, crowdfunding)
  • Knowledge in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or any DLT
  • Interest in technology, fintech, Sharia fintech, and/or real estate sector
