Job Description

  • Proactively sell gadget protection insurance to all eligible customers to meet sales targets.
  • Clearly and honestly explain product benefits, costs, and claims procedures.
  • Accurately process policy registration and ensure immediate activation before the customer leaves.
  • Submit regular sales performance and customer feedback reports.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with partner store staff as the insurance company's representative.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience as a store promoter, sales associate, or customer service representative in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain features and benefits.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with retail partner staff and build positive relationships.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per retail partner store hours.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
