Trend Studio Bali, an ethical Swim and Resort Wear manufacturer based in Bali, is hiring passionate individuals to join our growing team for these position:

JUNIOR PATTERN MAKER

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker (experience in swimwear or stretch fabric preferred).
  • Basic knowledge in pattern software is preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of garment construction.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Passionate about swimwear and fashion manufacturing.

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing and adjusting digital and manual patterns for swimwear.
  • Ensure patterns align with design specifications, size charts, and fabric characteristics.
  • Support sample development and fitting sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, sample makers, and the production team.
  • Maintain and organize pattern libraries and related documentation.
  • Provide technical support to ensure quality and fit consistency across styles.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
