PT Bukit Makmur Istindo Nikeltama' sedang mencari seorang kandidat Legal Compliance Officer berpengalaman. Dalam peran ini, anda memastikan kepatuhan hukum operasional pertambangan di seluruh site sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan, serta mendukung fungsi Legal Corporate dalam pengendalian risiko hukum, kepatuhan, dan tata kelola perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengoordinasikan hubungan dan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap instansi pemerintah terkait perizinan dan pelaporan pertambangan (IUP, RKAB, dan lainnya).
  • Melakukan kontrol dan verifikasi penyampaian dokumen perizinan dan pelaporan melalui sistem pemerintah (OSS RBA, MODI/Minerba One, e-RKAB).
  • Memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap regulasi pertambangan, lingkungan, ketenagakerjaan, dan hukum korporasi.
  • Memantau dan mengendalikan pembayaran kewajiban perusahaan kepada pemerintah, termasuk PNBP, serta dokumentasinya.
  • Mengoordinasikan pengumpulan dan verifikasi dokumen pendukung perizinan, pelaporan, dan proses penagihan (invoicing) pemerintah.
  • Melakukan review awal kontrak operasional site dan mengidentifikasi risiko hukum serta rekomendasi mitigasi.
  • Memantau perubahan regulasi, mendukung audit dan pemeriksaan regulator, serta menyusun laporan kepatuhan hukum dan status perizinan kepada Legal Corporate dan manajemen.

Persyaratan

  • Minimal Lulusan S1 Hukum (diutamakan Hukum Bisnis / Pertambangan).
  • Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di bidang legal & compliance, (diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di industri pertambangan).
  • Memahami regulasi pertambangan, OSS RBA, MODI/Minerba One, e-RKAB, dan kewajiban PNBP.
  • Berpengalaman koordinasi ke site dan instansi pemerintah (Kementrian ESDM dan Dinas terkait), serta bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas jika diperlukan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis risiko hukum, review dokumen, dan pelaporan.
  • Teliti, tegas, berintegritas, dan mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu ketat.
