Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, including sustainability and digital transformation.
  • Proficient to communicate and write in English
