  • Min. D3/S1 jurusan Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau jurusan serupa.
  • Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun dibidang yang sama.
  • Menguasai rumus software Microsoft Office (seperti Ms Excel), dan Google Spreadsheet.
  • Mampu membuat perencanaan keuangan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik, pemecah masalah, dan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Diutamakan berdomisili di Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Melakukan monitoring dan analisis biaya operasional harian, termasuk pembelian bahan baku, penggunaan stok, serta pengeluaran terkait produksi.
  • Mengontrol dan memastikan kesesuaian antara data pembelian, stok masuk–keluar, dan laporan produksi.
  • Melakukan update harga dasar, harga jual, serta perhitungan HPP secara rutin untuk memastikan akurasi biaya.
  • Menyusun laporan biaya mingguan dan bulanan untuk kebutuhan manajemen dan auditing internal.
  • Melakukan stock opname berkala, mencocokkan hasil fisik dengan data sistem/spreadsheet, serta menindaklanjuti jika ditemukan selisih.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi, gudang, purchasing, dan finance untuk memastikan kelancaran proses biaya dan ketersediaan barang.
  • Mengawasi efisiensi penggunaan material, memantau waste, serta memberikan rekomendasi penghematan biaya.
  • Memastikan semua data biaya terdokumentasi dengan lengkap, akurat, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
