We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee all restaurant operations at a Boutique beachfront resort during the high season. The position will work under the dirrect supervision of our Local Resort Manager

Requirements :

Indonesian nationality

Ideal age between 25-40 years old

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel environment

Good command of English (spoken & writen)

Proficient in operational software, spreadsheets and EDC Mechine usage

Well-organize responsible, and capable of supervising daily operations

Responsibilities :

  • Full management of restaurant operations under the supervision of the Local Resort Manager
  • Stock control and inventory management (inbound and outbound)
  • Ordering of food supplies and operational goods
  • Quality control and proper food storage management
  • Supervision of food preparation and service
  • Waste control and cost efficiency
  • Ensuring food presentation standarts
  • Internal coordination of kitchen and storage areas
  • Receiving guest orders and inputting them into POS system
  • Handling guest payment via EDC card machines
