About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
QA/QC Project Manager
to join a strategic IT project in the
banking industry
.

The selected candidate will lead QA/QC activities, manage project execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proven track record in managing complex IT QA/QC projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain the
    Project Management Plan
    .
  • Coordinate with development, QA/QC, and stakeholder teams to ensure project quality and consistency.
  • Monitor day-to-day project progress, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Manage project resources, including team, timeline, and project phases.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards.
  • Identify tools, risks, and improvement areas to support project execution.
  • Provide reports, documentation, and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    IT, Computer Science, Information Systems
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in QA/QC, project implementation, or coordination.
  • Proven experience managing
    IT QA/QC teams
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    project management frameworks
    and
    quality standards
    .
  • Excellent
    coordination, communication, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Project management or QA/QC certifications
    (e.g., PMP, CSM, ISTQB) are a plus.
