Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accounting service proposals and participate in presentation meetings to attract potential clients.
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all deliverables, including financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
  • Provide professional advice on accounting treatment and financial process improvements.
  • Assign tasks effectively, supervise team members, and review the work of accounting staff and juniors.
  • Review financial statements in compliance with PSAK/IFRS standards.
  • Coordinate with tax and audit teams to ensure alignment and consistency of financial data.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and implement automation in accounting processes.
  • Manage client billing and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00);
  • Have 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field ; Accounting Service
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding in Indo GAAP (PSAK) and IFRS;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office;
  • Good in Business Process (Standard Operating Procedure);
  • Have a good conceptual thinking, problem solving skill and quality focus;
  • Have a professional integrity and good character;
  • Able to work in multi-tasking and challenging environment;
  • Should be energetic, proactive, highly motivated and able to work in a team or individually;
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
