With Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Executive in hospitality or tourism Industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Extensive network within travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients.
  • Proficient in VHP System and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional attitude, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Able to drive and hold a valid SIM A

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, visits, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to drive room and group bookings
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing
  • Maintain and monitor a strong sales pipeline with regular progress updates and reporting
  • Coordinate closely with Reservation, E-commerce, and DOSM to ensure smooth booking execution
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries and issues professionally
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging sales opportunities
  • Proven ability in corporate, group, and leisure sales (offline & online coordination).
