About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager (On site) to join our team at China Gezhouba Group Corporation' in Bandung, West Java. As a full-time QA/QC Manager (On site), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products and processes, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control systems and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements
  • Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues
  • Analyse quality data and generate detailed reports to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related problems and non-conformances
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to quality assurance and production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality management strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Must have minimum of ten (10) years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans on photovoltaic solar projects. With experience in the construction of PV plants with an aggregate peak capacity of more than 100 MW, with at least one (1) PV plant more than 10 MW.
  • Have experience in manufacturing processes including FAT tests.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of quality assurance professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering, manufacturing, or quality management discipline
